Copy-ready pro crosshairs
Smaller does not mean more accurate
A small shape can reveal more of a distant target, but it does not change weapon accuracy. If it is too small or thin, muzzle flash, utility, and fast camera movement can make the center disappear. A large shape is easier to track but may cover head-level information.
Start near the current medians, then add one more compact or one more visible option as a comparison. The medians are reference points, not recommended values.
Test in rifling order
- Tap and burst at long range to check head coverage.
- Fire three- to five-bullet bursts and watch for visual clutter.
- Transfer between several angles on a busy site.
- Reacquire the center after smoke, fire, or a fast turn.
If long range is clean but close transfers feel weak, add a little size or thickness. If close fights are clear but heads are covered, reduce size before rebuilding the whole crosshair.
